Do I need to be “deeply relaxed” or asleep for hypnotherapy to work?
Not at all. You’ll be fully awake, aware, and in control throughout the session. Some people feel deeply relaxed, while others simply feel focused and calm. The key is that your subconscious mind becomes more accessible, and that can happen whether or not you feel very “relaxed.”
Is it safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is completely safe and non-invasive. Hypnosis is simply a natural, focused state of awareness that enables you to connect with your subconscious mind. You can’t be made to do anything against your will, and you remain in control the entire time.
What if I can’t be hypnotized?
Most people can enter the light, focused state we call hypnosis, even if they think they can’t. If you can follow instructions and use your imagination, you can absolutely experience hypnotherapy.
What happens after the session?
